It's fresh and delicious. I've been ordering from them for two years and I'm never disappointed. Their sushi, maki, and skewers are excellent! In two years of ordering, about once a month, I've never had a delivery problem. Thank you, because Japanese restaurants are usually incredibly expensive. I'm really very satisfied with your Japanese specialties.
